19世紀から今日まで：私の生産の古い心

19世紀初頭にルーツを持つブドウ畑の世話をする責任を負いました。これは私の曽祖父からの真の遺産です。コロニョーラ・アイ・コッリとバルコの間に位置する私たちの3ヘクタールは、貴重な石灰質土壌の上にあります。私の生産の鼓動する心臓部は70年間のペルゴラで、複雑で優雅な構造を持つブドウを与えてくれます。

私のブドウ栽培は勇敢で、そして何よりも敬意に満ちています。除草剤を禁止し、殺虫剤を断固として拒否し、エッセンシャルオイルと薬用植物をベースとした天然化合物を使用する管理を選択しました。忍耐強い厳格さで土地を世話し、このアプローチを通してのみ私のワインが我々のテロワールの真正で最も真の表現になれると確信しています。
