从19世纪至今：我生产的古老心脏

我承担起照料一个历史可追溯到19世纪初的葡萄园的责任，这是我曾祖父留下的真正遗产。我们的三公顷土地位于科洛尼奥拉·艾·科利和巴尔科之间，坐落在珍贵的石灰质土壤上。我生产的跳动心脏是70年历史的藤架，能够为我提供结构复杂而优雅的葡萄。

我的葡萄栽培是勇敢的，最重要的是，是充满敬意的。我禁止使用除草剂，坚决拒绝杀虫剂，选择使用基于精油和药用植物的天然化合物管理。我以耐心的严格态度照料土地，坚信只有通过这种方法，我的葡萄酒才能成为我们风土最真实、最纯正的表达。
